These terms govern the supply of services by Getbacklinks.uk LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Getbacklinks.uk LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14072340, incorporated on 27 April 2022, with its registered office at 45-55 International House, 45-55 Commercial Street, London, E1 6BD, United Kingdom.
2. Our Services
We provide content writing and digital publishing services. This includes writing articles and publishing them on websites within our own network or on third-party publications, with a contextual link to the client’s website where agreed.
The specification for each order — including the publication, article length, anchor text and target URL — is agreed before work begins.
3. Orders and Acceptance
An order is accepted once we have confirmed it in writing and received payment or agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
We may decline or cancel orders involving content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, or otherwise unacceptable to our publishers.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, including target URLs and anchor text
- Ensure any content you supply is original and does not infringe anyone’s rights
- Ensure your website complies with applicable law
- Respond to queries within a reasonable time, so we can complete your order
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you supply. Where you supply your own article, we publish it as provided and are not responsible for its content.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from order confirmation, unless agreed otherwise. Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by third-party publishers, or by late or incomplete information from you, may extend this.
An order is complete when the article is published and the live URL has been sent to you.
6. Link Guarantee
Guest post links are intended to be permanent and dofollow unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a link is removed within 12 months of publication, we will provide a free replacement placement on a comparable website. If no suitable replacement can be provided within 14 days, a refund may be requested.

7. No SEO Guarantee
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic increases or any specific SEO outcome. Search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and your own website. We guarantee the placement itself, not its effect on your rankings.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices are as quoted at the time of order and are stated in the currency shown on your invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before work begins.
We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Where payment terms have been agreed and an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, we may suspend further work until the account is settled.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before publication. Where writing has already been completed, a reasonable deduction may apply.
Once an article is published, the service has been performed. Refunds after publication are available in the circumstances set out in our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights in content and materials you supply to us. You grant us the licence necessary to publish that content as part of your order.
Articles we write for you may be published on third-party sites, where the publisher’s own terms will apply to the published version.
11. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose your details to third parties except as necessary to deliver your order or as required by law.
12. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.
We are not liable for the actions of third-party publishers beyond the guarantee set out above, or for changes made by search engines.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including hosting failures, publisher closures, internet outages or acts of government.
14. Termination
Either party may end the working relationship at any time. Orders already in progress will be completed or refunded in line with these terms.
We may suspend or terminate service immediately where a client breaches these terms, supplies unlawful content, or attempts a fraudulent payment.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
