This policy explains our guarantee, when refunds are available, and how to make a claim. It applies to all orders placed with Getbacklinks.uk LTD.
Our Link Guarantee
Every guest post we publish is intended to be permanent and includes a dofollow contextual link to your website, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing before the order is placed.
If a link we have placed is removed within 12 months of the publication date, we will replace it free of charge with an equivalent guest post and dofollow link on another website of comparable quality and relevance.
If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement within 14 days of your claim, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that placement instead.
What the Guarantee Covers
- Links removed, made nofollow, or altered by the publisher within 12 months
- Articles deleted or unpublished within 12 months
- Placements that do not match the agreed specification
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
We work with a large network of independently owned publications. While we take reasonable steps to select reliable publishers, some circumstances are outside our control:
- A website going offline, being sold, or ceasing operation
- Changes to a site’s traffic, domain authority, or search engine rankings
- Search engine ranking outcomes for your own website
- Links removed at your own request, or as a result of content you supplied
- Removal caused by a legal complaint or takedown notice relating to your content
We do not guarantee SEO results. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We guarantee the placement and its replacement, not ranking improvements.
Refunds Before Publication
If your order has not yet been published, you may cancel at any time for a full refund. Contact us and we will process this within 5 working days.
If work has begun but nothing has been published, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover writing already completed. This will be explained to you before any deduction is made.
Refunds After Publication
Once an article is live and the URL has been delivered, the service has been performed. Refunds after publication are available in the following situations:
- The placement does not match what was agreed
- The article was published on a different website than agreed without your consent
- We cannot provide a suitable replacement under the guarantee above
How to Make a Claim
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order or invoice number
- The published URL
- A description of the issue
We aim to acknowledge all claims within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
